Our Standard Warranty offered on the majority of our products is 1 year Parts & Labour. In mmay cases we do offer longer wrranties, this is specified on the product page. If you are unsure before you purchase please call us on 01904 481 943.

When arranging a repair for either a warranty call put or non warranty callout for large items this will take place on your premises. For smaller items on warranty we will collect and repair at our workshop. We will solve your issue as quickly as we possibly can to reduce the effect on your business. All of our engineers are fully trained and qualified to carry out repairs that last on your equipment.

Warranty Repairs

To report a fault on a piece of equipment still within its warranty please complete the Repair request form below and select “Under Warranty” on the drop down. We will acknowledge your request and start work to fix your issue as soon as possible. Alternatively you can call 01904 481 943 and go through to our service department to book in your repair.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If the warranty has come to an end on your equipment, don’t worry we can provide you with a quote for the repair. Our prices are highly competitive and rest assured our engineers carry out quality repairs on a daily basis. You will also get a full report on the work carried out.
