Order before 4pm for Next Day Delivery*

Yorkshire Delivery:

As our company is based in Yorkshire we distribute goods to locations in this area using our fleet of CareWare Vans. If orders containing In Stock items are placed before 4pm, we will endeavour to deliver on the next available route. Please note during busy periods delivery time will be extended to within 2 working days. Deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm. Products showing 3-5 Days Delivery will be delivered within this time frame unless specified otherwise in the notes. Please note that although we do offer a Saturday delivery, timeframes above are based on working days (Monday – Friday).

• Every Day Delivery Routes: LEEDS   YORK   HARROGATE   WETHERBY and surrounding areas.
• Every Other Day Delivery Routes: BRADFORD HUDDERSFIELD  WAKEFIELD  SCARBOROUGH  BEVERLEY SHEFFIELD and surrounding areas.

We deliver nationwide using a reliable courier service. If orders containing In Stock items are placed before 4pm, we will endeavour to deliver the following day. CareWare Supplies offer a FREE Delivery Service on all orders over £100.00 + VAT, UK wide and over £45 + VAT Locally

Delivery Costs

• You will get free delivery on orders over £100 ex VAT
• if you are local (around York, Leeds, Harrogate) you will get free delivery over £45 ex VAT. The checkout will calculate this based on your postal code.
• This accounts to The UK and Northern Island
• Standard delivery on all orders under £100 is £7.95ex vat
• Standard delivery locally on all orders under £45 is £5.95ex VAT.

48 Hour Delivery Mainland UK 

• Delivery is usually made within 48 hours if you order before 4pm Monday – Friday.
• Orders placed on Fridays before 4pm will usually be delivered Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will usually be delivered Wednesday.
• Delivery Service excludes weekends
• Orders for large, heavy and fragile items may require extra time for delivery.

Extended Delivery Items

Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery within the lead times quoted on the website, contact our call centre on 01904 608476 if you need to confirm lead times.

Heavy Equipment

• Our specialist delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery date
• Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility
• Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling item
